Marketing Specialist – Work-student / Minijob / Part-time (f/d/m)

Stable Scopes is a high-tech startup based in Erlangen, developing temperature and environmental control solutions for optical microscopy.

We are looking for a motivated member to support our marketing and commercial activities. As part of a small and growing startup, you will have the opportunity to actively shape and drive the marketing of the company — from website updates and social media content to email campaigns and customer communication.

This role requires hands-on WordPress experience and a basic understanding of SEO optimization.

Your main tasks

  • Update and manage website content in WordPress.
  • Support SEO optimization for website pages, product content, and blog posts.
  • Create and publish social media posts across our channels.
  • Help prepare and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Support simple video editing for social media, product communication, and event content.
  • Support commercial operations and standard customer communication.

For this job you should

  • Have hands-on experience with WordPress.
  • Have good English writing skills.
  • Have a basic understanding of life-science topics or scientific data.
  • Be structured, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Be passionate about your work. You approach your tasks in a strategic manner.
  • Have excellent team and communication skills.

You will have a preference, if you

  • Have experience with LinkedIn, social media posts, and content creation.
  • Have experience with Canva, newsletters, SEO, or email marketing tools.
  • Speak German in addition to English.
  • Are interested in microscopy, biotechnology, or scientific marketing.
